A Few Favorites

Since several birthdays and Christmas have passed without being "blogged," it's time for a few random pictures--before 2010 gets much older. The first one is of Sophie with her new slippers and the doll bed in which the dolls take very long naps at our house, sometimes several days until one of the granddaughters comes again to play.
Grandpa built an extra railing to keep his little buddies, Tobin and Noah, safe as they climb up and down the basement steps. The basement is now the play area of choice, and the railing has been well used.
Nora, our nephew's daughter, was with us for her first Thanksgiving. Rolls are usually a favorite with little ones.
Although it looks like Kevin is getting Elinore and Tobin ready for a ride down a very long hill, it's actually the snow pile in our cul-de-sac, formed every winter by the trucks that plow the street and push the snow to the end. Kids have been enjoying that pile for many years!
