Last night we celebrated 4 grandkids' birthdays. In the first picture, they happen to be sitting in order of age: Gabe (7), Sam (6), Lydia (4), and Elinore (3). Sophie turned 2 in August but enjoyed all the festivities as well. The boys were thrilled to get more Legos, and Lydia and Elinore looked oh so fashionable in their feather boas. The reason Elinore looks taller than Lydia is due to her new high-heeled dress-up shoes. Grandma can finally shop for girls, with guidance from the moms.
It was wonderful to have everyone together, including Eric, Ang, and Gabe who all have November birthdays. Jen also has a November birthday so there are a total of 7 in one month. Jake was also able to join us for the evening. The adults will celebrate next week.
