If you spend any amount of time with Sam, you know he loves to dress up. This can be challenging for him, Brian and me to come up with suitible costumes. Today he read about Franklin the Green Knight again at the drs office and wanted me to make him a helmet. I really wasn't feeling creative, but he insisted. Looking up pictures on the web, then at our supplies of Cheerios boxes, staples, and scissors I think he realized the daunting task. "Mama, it's OK if this one looks a little different." I'm so thankful he isn't as much of a perfectionist as I. It turned out pretty well, though, don't you think?

Good Job, Amy! I think it's a good thing I have a girl. Crowns are a lot easier to make that helmets!
