Since it was so rainy, we bought the kids each a present. Sam would have been happy playing with his new Lego Fire Truck all week!
















My mom came up for a few days and with her help, it actually felt a bit more like a vacation.

One summer vacation over...for those of you who don't know, the biggest is yet to come. My sister is getting married in Alaska on September 1 so all five of us are flying out for 10 days to experience a bit of AK as well as celebrate with my sis. Thankfully so is the rest of my family so we will have plenty of help. But we would still appreciate your prayers! :)
